Security officer

The security officer provides security and guarding services, protects property and people and ensures the smooth running of a site (company, stadium, factory, building…). Their duties are:

  • Reception and information
  • General surveillance of the site
  • Basic technical security
  • First aid and assistance to people
  • Protection and alert in the event of an accident or exceptional event

The security officer carries out their duties in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to private security. Being at ease when dealing with the public and the emergency services is also essential.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

01 I have a security need: what should I do?

Contact a private security company: only such a company is authorised to provide you with a security officer, as our profession is regulated.

02 What factors determine the price?

The price depends on the hours required, the location, the complexity of the assignment and the equipment and staff to be deployed. For example, a one-off assignment of a few hours will always cost more per hour than an annual contract with extended hours.

03 Should I focus on price or on service quality?

In our view, you should aim for both. If you call on a security company, it is because you have a problem to solve. Choosing on price alone is a false economy: your problem may not be solved, or not in compliance with the regulations.

04 I have an urgent need: can I get a quote quickly?

We respond to your quote request within 10 minutes thanks to our operators on site, by phone or via our online form. Simple, one-off assignments are handled quickly; for more complex assignments, an on-site meeting is essential so that we can advise you properly.
A security audit is then carried out and you receive a technical and financial proposal tailored to your request.
